About me

I am a graduate student researcher at Ohio State University, working under Dr. Herman Shen. I work directly with stakeholders to build performant ML algorithms.

With my background in Mechanical Engineering, I am uniquely qualified to implement algorithms which rely on real-time data recording. My experience with measurement devices allows me to understand potential noisiness of inputs and, moreover, how to overcome this noise.

Our future is digital. I believe that Machine Learning will lead us to a brighter tomorrow, and I'm working hard to contribute to our understanding of this revolutionary technology.

Let me help you build the next big thing!

Skills

A brief summary of my tangible skills.

Programming

I have experience with Python and its common data science libraries like Pandas and Numpy. Additionally, I have deployed ML models through Amazon Web Services.

Deep Learning

Using PyTorch, I have built Deep Learning frameworks which can detect people in images, generate text, and create faces of people who do not exist.

Research

Working closely with stakeholders, I have helped put together research plans, clarify goals, and explain project outcomes, in both academic and business contexts.

Design

Designing with hard deadlines, limited resources, and concrete specifications can be challenging. I have experience doing just that with large and small teams.

Engineering

I've selected components, made engineering judgments on product architecture, and integrated my own designs with those of others.
